Regulations:

Your boat and motor must conform to BIA horsepower ratings.
All boats must be equipped with Coast Guard approved kill switch.
You may not fish alone.
Winners will be determined by Tournament Officials based on fish weight
Golden Rule will be the official board used
Only fish measuring 15 inches or more with MOUTH CLOSED will be weighed.  No Exceptions
Only largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass will be weighed in
Fishing with artificial baits only is authorized.  There will be no trolling.
No more than two contestants per boat. No exceptions
Contestants must check in at the Newton Stewart Ramp between 4am -5:30am (slow time) October 17, 2004
Pre tournament meeting to be held at 5:30 am at the ramp on October 17, prior to the tournament take off
Take off time will be at 6 am at the Newton Stewart South Ramp
There will be an 8 oz. penalty for each dead fish
No alcoholic beverages allowed
Five fish limit per boat
Late penalty 1 lb. per minute - 15 minutes late lose all credit.
Live wells will be checked by members of the tournament committee prior to the start of the tournament
Entries will be accepted now until tournament time, even at the ramp, however there will be a $20 late fee charged for entries turned in at the ramp on October 17, 2004.  You many torn your entry in up until the close of business (1pm slow time) on Saturday October 16, at Southern Indiana Marine with no penalty
Team numbers are assigned in the order that entries are received.
Teams will take off in the order of their assigned team numbers, starting with #1 consecutively
There will be three $100 drawings held at the weigh in, for teams who do not finish in the money.  Teams must be present to win.
There will be a $500 customer bonus awarded to highest finishing team, fishing out of a boat that was purchased at Southern Indiana Marine
